泌尿系统肿瘤的诊治，特别是膀胱癌的早期诊断，微创手术治疗，全膀胱切除+原位新膀胱术，膀胱癌的综合治疗等。还擅长肾盂癌和输尿管癌的治疗，熟练完成腹腔镜半尿路切除术、腹腔镜肾癌根治术、前列腺癌根治术、腹膜后淋巴结清扫术等手术。

2007年7月毕业于复旦大学研究生院，专业为泌尿外科，同年起在肿瘤医院泌尿外科工作。临床方向为膀胱癌的诊断和治疗。擅长膀胱癌微创手术治疗，全膀胱切除+原位新膀胱术，NBI膀胱软镜早期诊断膀胱癌以及晚期膀胱癌的化疗等。目前发表SCI论文十余篇，主持国家自然科学基金、上海市自然科学基金等多项基金，多次在国内外学术会议上进行发言。
