　　Common Fault Solution of Undervoltage in Maintenance Fault of Shandong Inverter

　　变频器故障中人们常常会听见过电压常见故障，但欠压常见故障都是软启动器应用中常会遇到的难题。其造成缘故是主控制回路工作电压小于低限造成的维护姿势或整流桥某一路上毁坏或电力网瞬时速度停电了、键入缺相同。

　　Frequency converter faults are often heard voltage common faults, but under-voltage common faults are often encountered in soft starter applications. The reason is that the main control circuit working voltage is less than the low limit caused by the maintenance posture or rectifier bridge on a road damage or power grid instantaneous speed blackout, typing missing the same.

　　根据稳压极管固定不动比较器一边的工作电压，被检验的工作电压抽样后再与之较为，結果根据比较器輸出。

　　According to the working voltage of the fixed comparator side of the voltage regulator, the tested working voltage is sampled and compared with it. The results are output according to the comparator.

　　检测(模拟/数字转换器

　　被检测的电压通过电阻降压取样后，落在ADC可检测的范围，可以通过程序设定电压的报警范围。

　　The detected voltage falls within the detectable range of ADC after being sampled by resistance step-down. The alarm range of voltage can be set by program.

　　主电源电路中的储能技术电容器，对运作中软启动器过电压、欠压危害挺大。而软启动器电源电路的各种各样零配件又有必须使用期的，所以一旦变频器零部件达到使用寿命就会带来故障的发生。像主电路中的储能电容或其它零部件的原因都有可能对主电路造成影响，从而使整个变频器发生故障。通常变频器停用时间过长，达到一年以上，则应对储能电容要做一次全面体检。

　　The capacitor of energy storage technology in the main power supply circuit is harmful to the over-voltage and under-voltage of the soft starter in operation. The various parts of the soft starter power supply circuit have to be used for a period of time, so once the frequency converter components reach their service life, they will bring about faults. For example, the reason of energy storage capacitor or or other parts in the main circuit may affect the main circuit, thus causing the failure of the whole frequency converter. Usually, if the frequency converter is out of service for more than one year, a comprehensive physical examination of the energy storage capacitor should be carried out.

　　对长时间不用的变频器，如何来避免这种现象发生呢

　　How to avoid this phenomenon for long time unused converters?

　　依照规定，停止使用的软启动器应每过一两个月插电—次，每一次20～30分鐘。针对长时问无需的电解法屯器皿，插电时，先加约50%的额定电流，要是充压時间在三十分钟左右，它的漏电流就会降下去，也就可以正常使用了。

　　According to the regulations, the soft starter should be plugged in every one or two months, 20 to 30 minutes each time. For electrolytic tundishes that are not needed for a long time, when plugging in, the rated current should be increased by about 50%. If the charging time is about 30 minutes, its leakage current will drop and it can be used normally.

　　此外，对使用年限较长(五年以上)的变频器，也一定要对储能电容器进行容量检测。运行中频繁跳欠电压故障，多数为直流电路的电容器容量不足、有容量下降或失容现象。
